I studied Chemistry at Ulm University, completing both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the group of Professor Max von Delius, where I worked on dynamic covalent systems for hyperpolarisation MRI. During my Master’s, I spent six weeks in Professor Fredrik Schaufelberger’s group at the University of Warwick, working on a rotaxane peptide gelator.

In summer 2026, I joined the Kath-Schorr group for my PhD, where I now work on chromophore-modified oligonucleotides and the organisation of π-conjugated chromophores using nucleic acid templates. I’m looking forward to combining my background in organic and supramolecular chemistry with this new research area.
